We offer SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT. The cards we accept are MASTERCARD/VISA/VISA ELECTRON (non UK issued)/MAESTRO (non UK issued)/VISA ELECTRON (UK issued)/VISA DEBIT (UK issued)/MAESTRO (UK issued) and SOLO

Kits will be sent once the cheque has cleared.

 

PRICING

Sometimes a price increase is inevitable from our suppliers, in such an instance the price increase has to be passed on to our customers - we will however aim to give warning if this occurs.

 

ORDERING

We aim to dispatch your order within seven days, however please allow up to twenty eight working days as we may be waiting for new stock to be delivered.

 

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

All Kit and Kaboodle Kits are designed by ourselves ensuring you of finest quality fabric and accessories.

Although our kits are double checked, if you find part of your order missing, please contact us by email quoting your name and address, order date and invoice number, kit name and code and the part and part colour missing, we will endeavour to forward this to you by return.

If the kit is faulty and returned within sixty days of the purchase date, complete with receipt we will issue a replacement, credit or refund. Make sure you receive proof of posting.

If you return a kit to us it is solely your responsibility to ensure the kit is received by us in its original packaging and in good condition unless the packaging was damaged when you received it. Also enclose a letter stating the reason for return and your favoured option.
